In-Game Chat

 

You can chat with other Masters of the Book in real time through the chat window. Click the speech bubble icon that is located on the bottom left of the screen, which will open up the chat window. From here you can switch between different channels (World, Normal, Guild, Party, Whispers) and chat with users on your servers.

 

 

While chatting, you can select emoticons with the smiley face icon, and quick chat by pressing the chat icon again. 

In the quick chat menu, you can use the default chat commands, or create your own by pressing the [+] icon. 
 

For emoticons, you can equip up to 8 emoticons as your favorites, and these will appear first on your list. To change the default 8 options, hit the [+] icon to expand the window to show all the emoticons that are available to you.
