A new season dawns as we deliver an update to ASTRA: Knights of Veda that will be released on October 31, 2024!

Read below to find out more about what this update will bring to the game.

■ A new Dual-Attribute 5★ Knight of Veda “Rhynara” will now be available!

“Surrender to the Queen”

Everlasting winters of solitude have hardened her into perfect coldness. She has only one desire: death. The cold that has taken everything from her will swallow her whole one day... She waits without knowing when.

“Rhynara” is a Water & Light dual-type Ranged Support with a Wand & Orb. She inflicts “Frostbite” on enemies, restricting their movement and leaving them vulnerable so her allies can attack efficiently. Rhynara's Normal Skill “Reign of the Blizzard” unleashes a powerful whirlwind at an enemy's location, attacking them and increasing the level of the Frostbite effect to incapacitate them. Her Signature Skill “Eternal Winter” drops chunks of ice over a wide area, dealing DMG to targets it hits and continuously increasing the Frostbite level of enemies, turning the tide of battle in her allies’ favor

* ASTRA: Knights of Veda Season 2 introduces a new story, “Tears of the Goddess”!
- The journey to find Veda’s Heart continues with “Tears of the Goddess”! Travel to the Principality of Koren to search for the whereabouts of Edward who escaped with the white dragon Vasily at the end of Season 1’s story quest. However, numerous enemies block the Master of the Book’s path, including elements of the “Titans Army” and members of the “Enchanted Warriors”.



* The new story “Tears of the Goddess” can be experienced by going to the new Adventure Zones “Chapter 8, A City Shrouded in Silence” and “Chapter 9, A Land of Truth and Wisdom.”
- You will be able to enter the new “Chapter 8, A City Shrouded in Silence” Adventure Zones by completing the Ascension Mission which is available after clearing Chapter 7, Stage 12, and reaching Master of the Book Level 55.
- With the addition of the new Adventure Zones, the new areas “Shivering Nightmare Warship” and “Lightning Nightmare Palace” will be added to Veda’s Nightmare.
- You will be able to obtain various Enhance and Ascension materials as well as new exclusive Relics in the new Adventure area and Veda's Nightmare.

* The adventure level cap is increased from Level 8 to level 9.
- As your Adventure Level increases, you will battle more powerful monsters in the Adventure Zones, Veda’s Nightmare, and Sealed Prison. In return, you will be able to get better rewards in the form of Relics and various enhancement materials.

* The Master of the Book Level, the levels of the Knights of Veda, and the Weapon Levels will be increased!
- The Master of the Book Level will be increased from 55 to 60.
- Achievement rewards are earned with each level increase of Masters of the Book, setting a standard for accessing future content.
- The maximum level for Knights of Veda and for Weapons will be increased from 90 to 100, allowing you to enhance your Knights of Veda further.
- Ascension Materials for the new level cap can be obtained from the new Adventure Zones, with the specific amount obtained increasing with your Adventure Level.

* The Fate Level of Knights of Veda and Weapon Refinement Level are expanded from a maximum of Level 6 to Level 7.
- At Knights of Veda Fate Level 7, the primary stats of each Knight of Veda are enhanced, and a new Fate effect is granted, empowering them further in battle.
- When Weapon Refinement reaches Level 7, the weapon's main stats are increased, along with improved values for existing weapon skills.

* New Mythical (6★) Relics and Accessories will be introduced!
- The Mythical-grade equipment being introduced is an advanced tier of existing gear, retaining the same set effects but with increased stats. Additionally, equipping multiple Mythical sets grants enhanced set effects based on the number of Mythical-grade items equipped.
- Relic and Accessory set effects apply uniformly, even when equipped with lower-grade Relics or Accessories of the same type.
- As with lower-grade Relics, the set effect remains active when equipped, though at reduced effect values depending on the number of items worn.

 - For example, if you equipped 3 Mythic-grade and 2 Legendary-grade Relics from the Silent Slave Knight set, the 2-set effect will have Mythic-grade values while the 4-set effect will have Legendary-grade values.

* Mythic-grade Relics can be obtained as rewards for clearing Veda’s Nightmare areas at Adventure Level 9.
 - You will also have a chance to obtain Mythic-grade Relics when crafting Legendary-grade Relics.
 - Mythic Grade Accessories can be obtained from Portrait of Thierry Floors 28 to 36.

* Four new Relic sets will be added.
 - Four new Relic sets will be added to the game in order to increase the options our Master of the Book has in making their builds.
 - The newly added four types of Relic sets are also obtainable at the Mythical grade by clearing Veda's Nightmare.
 - These new Relic sets can be obtained by bosses in the new Adventure Zone and from Veda's Nightmare.

* After the 10/31 Maintenance, the Trophy Reward Information for the Adventure Zones will be reset.

* You will now be able to enter battle either in Normal Battle or in Squad Battle Mode. 
 - Before entering a stage on the Adventure Zone, on Veda’s Nightmare and on Sealed Prisons, you will now be able to select whether you want to start the Normal Battle or as a Squad Battle.
 - Squad Battles refer to battles in which the selected Knights of Veda fight simultaneously with only one of them being directly controlled by you.

* A new World Map can now be accessed, allowing you to see the places beyond the Kingdom of Neejarem, like the Principality of Koren.
 - Please look forward to the adventures that will unfold with the new World Map.



* To celebrate the release of the second season of ASTRA: Knights of Veda “Tears of the Goddess”, we have prepared the following:
 - The “Salvation in the Blizzard” event will be held where, during the event period, you can log-in for seven days and obtain Crystal of Destiny x100 and the new Mascot “Mr. Pumpkin”.
   · The “Salvation in the Blizzard” event will end after the regular maintenance on 12/26.
 - The “Off to the Principality of Koren!” event will also be held where you can complete various missions on the new Adventure Zones and obtain various enhancement materials.
   · The “Off to the Principality of Koren!” event will end after the regular maintenance on 12/26.
 - Complete missions and you will be able to obtain various rewards, specifically the “The Joy of Weapons (Weapon Selection Ticket)” and Starstone in the “The Rewards for Pushing the Limits” event.
   · The “The Rewards for Pushing the Limits” event will end after the regular maintenance on 12/26.
 - Masters of the Book who have been with us since Season 1 and has completed all of its Story Quests will be given the 5★ Knight of Veda “Death Crown” as part of the “The Sword Against Fate” event.
   · Masters of the Book who have cleared Chapter 7, Stage 12 of the Adventure Zone will be able to claim the 5★ Knight of Veda “Death Crown” on the “The Sword Against Fate” event page.
   · This event will be held permanently and rewards for this event will be given only once.

* The event Call of the Stars “Destiny Guided by the Stars” and “Weapons Awakened Under the Stars” will feature the event limited Knights of Veda released during Season 1 alongside their exclusive weapons. 
 - During the Pickup Event Period, you will be able to access two Call of the Stars pages: “Destiny Guided by Stars”, which allow you to summon Knights of Veda from Season 1 and “Weapons Awakened Under the Stars”, which allows you to summon their respective exclusive weapons.
 - On each of their respective Call of the Stars pages, you can choose the specific Knight of Veda or Exclusive Weapon you wish to summon, and they will be summoned with the same probabilities as their previous Call of the Star appearances.

 -  In both "Destiny Guided by the Stars" and "Weapons Awakened Under the Stars," all 4★ Knights of Veda and Weapons released up to Season 1 will appear with equal probability.
 - Each Call of the Stars page will offer bonus rewards that will allow you to select and receive your desired Season 1 Knight of Veda or Exclusive Weapon based on the number of summons made.
   · The summon count for the bonus rewards include the summons made for the new Knight of Veda Rhynara and her exclusive weapon.
 - This event will also include similar Pickup events for “Mark of the Sworn Loyalty” and “Fragments of the Painting”, allowing you to summon Halo’s and El Cid’s for all Season 1 Knights of Veda, including new Signature Halos and El Cids for Knights that previously did not have one.
 - “Destiny Guided by the Stars” and “Weapons Awakened Under the Stars” events will end after the regular maintenance on 11/28.

* The participation approach for the "Beast Battlefront" content will be revised to improve convenience.
 - Starting this season, "Beast Battlefront" content will be held two times per season, with updates occurring every month.
   · The duration of the first round of "Beast Front" will be extended from 7 days to 12 days, followed by a 2-day settlement period.
   · The duration of the event will stay the same, but the settlement period might be modified according to the schedule.
   · After the settlement, the second round will open and will proceed for 12 days, followed by a 2-day settlement, just like the previous round.
   · The bosses appearing in a single season of 'Beast Battlefront' will remain the same, but the buffs/debuffs will change for each round.
   · With the introduction of the second round, the reward amount per round will be reduced compared to the previous season, but the total amount of rewards will increase.
 - A practice mode will be introduced, allowing players to experiment with different combinations before joining the "Beast Battlefront"
   · The practice mode will only be available during the "Beast Battlefront" event period.
 - The results screen for "Beast Battlefront" will be enhanced to show the top scores earned by the Masters of the Book.
 - The Overflowing Power of the Stars mechanic will not be activated in "Beast Battlefront."

* Convenience features will be added to the "Training Grounds."
 - A new feature that allows users to modify the selected Knights of Veda directly within the Training Grounds.
 - A new feature to track the battle time starting from the moment the battle commences.
 - Images of the Knights of Veda have been included to facilitate easier identification of the chosen Knight of Veda.

* The "Beast BattleFront" season will be renewed.
 - This new season introduces the Fire-type boss, "Black Prince of Death."
 - The "Beast Battlefront" boss's HP and defense stats have been increased compared to the previous season.
 - Starting this season, the "Beast Battlefront" content will be held twice during the season. The schedule is as follows:
   · 1st Round: 10/31 to 11/11 / Settlement: 11/12 to 11/13 
   · 2nd Round: 11/14 to 11/25 / Settlement: 11/26 to 11/27

* A 5★ Enchant Scroll will be added.
 - The 5★ Enchantment Scroll can be obtained as rewards from various events and can also be purchased with Gold and Rubies from the shop.

* Shattered Dimensional Rift event
 - Earn Guild Kill rewards and Individual Kill rewards based on the number of Rogue One defeated with your guild members. Guild Defeat rewards include Insignias in addition to other rewards.
 - The "Shattered Dimensional Rift" event will end on 11/21 06:00 AM UTC / 11/20 10:00 PM PST.

* A Double Rewards event for Adventure Zone rewards will be held.
 - During the event period, you can earn double the rewards from Adventure Zone up to the daily limit.
 - The double rewards event for Adventure Zone will run from 10/31, after maintenance until 11/14 6:00 AM UTC / 11/13 10:00 PM PST.

* The "Blessing in Nightmare" event will be held, allowing you to earn double rewards from Veda's Nightmare.
 - During the "Blessing in Nightmare" event, you can receive double rewards from Veda's Nightmare up to the daily limit.
 - The "Blessing in Nightmare" event will run from 11/14 until before the 11/28 regular maintenance.

* The "Harold's Lost Knowledge" event will reward you for helping Harold with research materials.
 - Collect materials Harold requires to write his research log from the Adventure Zone stages and submit them to him in Todburg to receive rewards.
 - The "Harold's Lost Knowledge" event will be unlocked progressively, with one log entry opening each day, and you can check your progress in the Research Log.
 - The "Harold's Lost Knowledge" event will run from 11/14 until before the 11/28 regular maintenance.

* Another "Apparition’s Rush" will be held, will you be able to escort a carriage through several nightmares?
 - The "Apparition’s Rush" event is a Squad Battle event tasking you to escort a carriage through a nightmare with four other Knights of Veda in a “Special Supply Delivery Operation”.
 - The “Apparition’s Rush” event can be unlocked by completing the “Escort the Carriage” quest that you will receive upon clearing Chapter 5, Stage 4 of the Adventure Zone. You can then access it via the new “Apparition’s Rush” icon at the bottom of the Cloister of the Holy Grail.
 - A Nightmare Boss not present in the “Special Supply Delivery Operation” event will be added to “Apparition’s Rush” alongside a couple of more powerful buffs.
 - The “Apparition’s Rush” event will run from 11/14 until before the 11/28 regular maintenance.

* A new season of Portrait of Thierry will be starting.
 - After the maintenance, the attributes of the monsters on each floor of Portrait of Thierry will be changed.
 - The new Portrait of Thierry season will end after the regular maintenance on 11/28.

* A new Tower of Trials season begins.
 - The completion rates for the "Tower of Trials," which consists of floors 9 through 12, will be reset, and new "Quest Blessings" and "Goddess's Arrangement" will be applied.
 - The new Tower of Trials season will end after the regular maintenance on 11/28.

* A new season of Arena will begin. (Updated: 10/30 10:25 PM PDT / 10/31 5:25 AM UTC)
 - During Arena Season 5, you can earn rewards such as Emotes and Insignia based on your progress.
 - The Season 2 rewards will also be available for purchase in the shop during Arena Season 5.
 - Arena Season 5 will end after the regular maintenance on 11/28.

* A new Reward Decree season will start.
 - The new Reward Decree season will begin right after the update on 10/31, and will continue until 11/30 6:00 AM UTC / 11/29 10:00 PM PST.

* The "Journey in Memory (Rhynara Trial)" event will be held.
 - During this Trial event, you can try out Knights of Veda: 5★ Rhynara, 4★ Lucian, and 4★ Leon.
 - The "Journey in Memory (Rhynara Trial)" event will end after the regular  maintenance on 11/28.

■ Improvements
* The Wander Store, Grocery Store, Sundries Store, Weapon Store, and Arena Store will undergo reorganization.
 - The shop refresh cycle will be changed from Daily to Monthly.
 - The purchase limit for the Wandering Merchant will be reset after each regular maintenance.

* Reflected Damage when hitting an Active Resistance shield with an attack of the same attribute will no longer be applied.

* In Beast Battlefront, Veda Energy will no longer recover before Boss encounters.

* In the Training Ground, clicking the “Reset” button will now stop auto attacks and move the Knights back to their initial positions.

* A results screen will now appear when ending an Arena Auto-Matchmaking Session.

* You will now be able to turn off Auto-Matchmaking during Arena Battles.

* You will be able to toggle Chat Previews on/off in the Settings.

* The Belle Menu, located on the upper-left corner of the screen, will be improved to differentiate content with different colors.

■ Bug Fixes
* An issue where the cooldown for normal skills was not applied when the Knight of Veda 'Bikki' with a Fate Level from 1 to 3 will be fixed.

* Misapplied values for certain Relic set effects will be fixed:
 - Blessed Curser 2 set effect: (Previous) Stamina 12 → (Revised) Stamina 12%
 - Assassin of Tranquility 2 set effect: (Previous) CRIT Chance 3.6% → (Revised) CRIT Chance 6%

* An issue where the additional stacking count for the DoT(damage-over-time) effect applied by the Knight of Veda "Veleno" exceeds the displayed amount will be fixed. The stacking limit has been increased accordingly, and the updated stack count will now display correctly.
 - At Fate Level 2, the Maximum Poison Stacks has been increased from 30 to 35.
 - At Fate Level 6, the Maximum Poison Stacks has been increased from 40 to 45.

■ Changes to Store Packages
