We want to inform you about an issue that was discovered after the regular maintenance on 8/1. Some items purchased through iOS in Korea are not being delivered properly.
We are currently investigating and working to fix this issue. Until the fix is complete, iOS purchases will be temporarily restricted. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

* When it Happened: After the regular maintenance on 8/1
* Description: Items are not being delivered correctly after making purchases on iOS
■ What We're Doing:
Temporary Measure: iOS purchases will be blocked in Korea until the issue is fixed.
* Purchases made on iOS devices from other countries outside of Korea are still available. (Update time: 8/1, 09:00 PM (PDT) / 8/2, 04:00 AM (UTC)
If you made a purchase on iOS and didn't receive your items, please contact our customer service team . Include your iOS purchase receipt with the order number, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
