We would like to inform you about a temporary maintenance to be conducted on February 13.

Additionally, due to recent trends observed by the development team, we decided to provide information on the upcoming improvements to the Relic Bloom feature that will be added to the game on the 02/27 Update.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the maintenance, please check the details below for more information:

■ 02/13 Maintenance

 - 02/13 03:00 AM - 08:00 AM 06:42 AM (UTC)
 - 02/12 07:00 PM - 02/13 12:00 AM 02/12 10:42 PM (PST)

  * All Servers
* Notes:
  * The game will not be accessible during the maintenance.
* Details:
 - An issue where Knight of Veda Rhynara’s Signature Skill had a shorter duration than intended when on Shadow Abyss will be fixed.
 - An issue where some ranged Knights of Veda were not receiving damage/getting hits on World Boss Krak when he is in a Groggy state will be fixed.
 - An issue where Knights with Shields that used their Strong ATK when World Boss Krak is in a Groggy state gets stuck in motion will be fixed.
 - An issue where on Portrait of Thierry, the recommended attributes for Floors 9, 18, 27, and 36 was incorrectly shown as Fire will be fixed.
 - An issue where the names of the Rani and Leon Icon Rewards were swapped in the Blessing of Neejarem will be fixed.

- Improvements to the Relic Bloom feature. (To be applied on the 02/27 Update)
  - Players will now be able to view the exact pool of stats that can be obtained before performing Bloom.
  - You are now able to select up to 2 stats to exclude from the pool of stats when performing Bloom.
  - The Relic Bloom feature will be temporarily disabled after maintenance until the 02/27 Update.
  - All Solvent of Prayer used during the period between the 11/28 Update and the 02/13 Maintenance will be distributed back to affected players.

■ Maintenance Rewards
 - Item: Starstone x300
 - Distribution Period: 
   · February 13, 2025 after the maintenance - February 14, 2025 02:59 PM (UTC) 
   · February 13, 2025 after the maintenance - February 14, 2025 06:59 AM (PST)

■ Enchant Scroll Compensation
 - Item: All Enchant Scrolls used during the period between the 01/23 Update and the 01/24 Maintenance will be distributed back to affected players.
 - Distribution Method: The Enchant Scrolls will be automatically distributed via in-game Mail.

■ How to Obtain the Rewards
* Access Belle Menu → Mail → Receive Items
* The mail and items will expire within 7 days.
* Make sure to log in to the game during the distribution period in order to obtain the rewards.
* If you cannot find the rewards in your mail, please restart the game.

■ Notes
* During the maintenance, both PC and Mobile versions will be inaccessible, and the Coupon page will also be unavailable. 
* Maintenance time may be changed depending on the circumstances. Any changes will be announced in this notice. 
* To ensure that your game data remains safe, please make sure to close the game before maintenance begins.
